Pennant Staff, Bow Rail

Made of polished 1/2" diameter Stainless Steel. Drilled to take either 6" or 10" pennants. Is 15-1/2" in length, has two 1" stainless flag rings and a 7/8" plastic tip for 1" tubing. Picture is the old style; it now clamps onto the tubing with a black plastic clamp.
