** SPECIAL SHIPPING CHARGES: Depends on weight & size. See notes below. Extra shipping applies to some large & heavy items, as noted in the catalog. * NORMAL SHIPPING: Shipment is normally made via USPO Priority Mail. Your order should arrive within 7 to 10 days. If you would like it sooner please use the "special instructions" box on the online order form. At times, some items may unfortunately be out of stock, please see "Backorders" below. * BACKORDERS: Our catalog and website shows items that are readily available (not an up-to-the-minute inventory), and at times some of these items may be out of stock. If an item will be in stock within a week, we'll hold your entire order and ship complete, this will save you on shipping and us on paper work. If an item is going to be longer than a week, we'll send what we have in stock and notify you as to the status and find out what you want to do with the backordered items. * BIG STUFF: Some items that are large or very heavy require special handling and shipping. These have been marked and/or labeled in the catalog and on the web site. We'll attempt to find the least expensive and quickest way to get your items to you. This extra charges will not show on your online order, and will be when your order is shipped. * FASTENERS: Large and bulk orders of fasteners may be subject to extra shipping charges. We'll do everything we can to keep the charges within our regular low shipping rates. Because our shipping rates are based on the total cost of your order and our fasteners are inexpensive and heavy we'll sometime MAY have to charge more to get them to you.
